برای بیرون آوردن نام منتخب رهبر از صندق آرا مشاوران رهبرسعی کردند که بسیار با برنامه ترار انتخابات قبلی عمل کنند تا شاید دیگر احتیاجی به ریختن آرای تقلبی به صندوق ها نباشد. چرا که تقلب در انتخابات قبلی برملا شد و باعث سر افکنندگی جهانی رژیم اسلامی شد.
